Available Sizes

(¾”x ¼”) rock – this size is used for a variety of applications in hydroponics.  It can be used commercially in large scale Greenhouse environments as a topdressing or soil less media for various fruits, vegetables, and unique plant species. 

(½”x ¼”) rock – this size is best used in custom soil mixes and needs to be special ordered.


(-7+18) US Mesh  –  this is our premier high temperature calcined material which is widely used as topdressing in the golf industry.  The material is ideal for clay based soil profiles.


(-18+60) US Mesh  – this material is a finer version of the popular (-7+18) size and is another option for turf applications.  It can also be used in custom soil mixes for seedlings and plants with fine root systems.

 
¼” minus (-) raw - this product is the most versatile for large scale agricultural applications with field crops and orchards.  It is best used in sand based soil profiles.
